여드름

여드름은 호르몬 변화 혹은 불균형으로 인한 염증성 피부 질환입니다. 피지가 나오는 모공이 막히게 되면서 프로피오니박테리움 아크네스(P.acnes)가 증식하게 됩니다. 이 균은 지방분해효소를 분비하여 유리지방산을 증가시켜 모낭 벽을 터뜨리고 결국 여드름이 진행됩니다.
